When you create a web account by Signing up, we ask you to provide your email address and name.

Contributing to or Contacting The Magazine
If you contribute in some way to The Magazine and have provided your personal data you are freely giving consent for us to process this data.
If you have contacted us by email and have provided personal data you are freely giving consent for us to process this data.
Advertising in The Magazine
When you request advertising in The Magazine you are required to complete an Advertising Order Form. The information provides is collected. This creates a legal contact between you and The Magazine.
We process and store this personal data in order for us to comply with our obligations under the contract.
We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal details; it will be stored securely and only used for the purpose for which it is collected. We will retain the data for as long as is necessary and in order to manage the contract. If the contract is terminated for any reason, by you or us, your data will be deleted 12 months after the date of the termination.
Purpose for Processing Data
- We process your email address because you use your email address and your password to sign in to your account on this website or contact us by email. The legal basis for processing your email address for this purpose is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the security of your account and in order to respond to your email and other subsequent emails or by other means of contact.
- We process your details provided in the Advertising Order Form. The legal basis for processing your data is to fulfil our contractual obligations to you. This allows us to assist you with placing your advert, manage your account with us including issuing invoices and statements and communicating with you as necessary on matters related to your advertisement.
- We do not use your data to send you marketing information.
- You may withdraw your consent for us to use your data, collected via the website, at any time by deleting your account by clicking “My Account” followed by “Edit”, then clicking the “Cancel Account” button at the bottom of the screen.

We use IT and cloud services from third parties to assist in managing our website, company data and for sending emails. Those services may track the activities associated with these emails. .

We may disclose personal data about you to others:
- if we have your valid consent to do so;
